We are an independent contractor offering services to government and private sector organizations for consulting related to urban planning.  We can be of service to local governments, engineering firms, architectural firms, land surveyors, and privately-owned businesses in need of planning assistance or navigating governmental regulatory requirements. 

BACKGROUND
Generally, the roots of modern urban planning originated from the profession of landscape architecture late 19th Century and early 20th Century.   Today, thousands of individuals are engaged in government and private urban planning as a distinct practice, and it has developed into specialities such as environmental and other focuses.

Jason W. Gilliam, our President and Principal Consultant is an AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners) certified planner with experience in local government and consulting. 

Whether you are seeking to augmenting your engineering, architecture or other team with fractional planning services, your business needs a zoning request shepherded through a local government process, or perhaps your municipality needs assistance with developing updated ordinances, we are up to the task.
